Refund policy

Our Commitment At FitZone Pro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at fitzonepro26@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Australian Consumer Law Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
